Tristan has a broad commercial practice.
He appears regularly in interlocutory applications, trials and appeals, and has particular experience in matters involving urgent relief and issues of commercial and reputational sensitivity.
He advises and appears in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual claims, class actions, building and construction, corporations, insolvency, equity and trusts, real property and insurance.
Prior to his call to the Bar, Tristan was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, with over 10 years’ experience in commercial litigation and arbitration across Brisbane, Sydney and London.
