Tristan has a broad civil and commercial practice.
He appears regularly in interlocutory applications, trials and appeals, and has particular experience in matters involving urgent relief and issues of commercial or reputational sensitivity.
He advises and appears across a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual claims, class actions, major projects, corporations, equity and trusts, real property and insurance.
Prior to his call to the Bar, Tristan was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills with over 10 years’ experience acting in large commercial disputes in Brisbane, Sydney and London.
