Tristan accepts briefs in all areas of civil and commercial law.

He has a general commercial practice, with particular experience in the areas of insurance and reinsurance, equity and trusts, building and construction, energy and resources, financial services and class actions.

Before coming to the Bar, Tristan was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills with over a decade’s experience acting in large commercial disputes in Brisbane, Sydney and London.

Tristan holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours and University Medal) and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University. He also holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
