Kingsley has a general commercial litigation and insurance practice.
He was admitted to the profession in 2013 and commenced at the bar in 2024.
Prior to commencing at the bar, Kingsley was a Special Counsel at a national insurance firm practising in professional indemnity, public liability (property) and coverage disputes.
As a solicitor, he gained significant experience managing commercial litigation on behalf of domestic and international insurers and their insureds. Kingsley has particular expertise in matters involving:
- Claims against professionals such as solicitors, engineers, financial advisors, accountants and surveyors;
- Construction disputes; and
- Large-scale property damage.
