Fiona Lubett practises in all areas of commercial law in the State and Federal Courts of Australia. She has a particular interest in contract law, competition and consumer law, arbitration, and complex commercial disputes involving international law issues.

Fiona has broad experience in appearing in her own right and as junior counsel in trials and applications in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts.

Fiona holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Law (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University.

She worked at Peters & Peters LLP, London, prior to commencing practice at the Bar. Fiona was associate to Justice Holmes (as her Honour then was) of the Queensland Court of Appeal.

Fiona is listed in Doyle’s Guide 2022 as a recommended junior counsel for Construction & Infrastructure, and Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution in Queensland.
