Bruce Wacker has a general commercial practice.
He has appeared in matters across a broad range of subject areas including banking, personal and corporate insolvency, financial services, construction, resources and insurance.
Before joining the Bar, Bruce worked as a Senior Associate and Managing Associate specialising in commercial litigation and insolvency at Allens. He had carriage of numerous substantial disputes across a wide range of subject areas, including banking, securities and insolvency litigation, mining, oil and gas and resources disputes (particularly joint venture disputes), admiralty, trade practices and competition matters.
