Tristan has a broad civil and commercial practice.
He appears both led and unled in State and Federal courts and tribunals.
Tristan advises and appears in matters across a diverse range of subject areas including commercial, class actions, building and construction, energy and resources, equity and trusts, property and insurance .
Before being called to the Bar, he was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills with over 10 years’ experience acting in large commercial disputes in Brisbane, Sydney and London.
Tristan holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours and University Medal) and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
