Tristan has a broad commercial practice.
He advises and appears in a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular experience in contractual disputes, corporations and shareholder litigation, class actions, insolvency, building and construction, insurance, and equity and trusts matters.
Prior to his call to the Bar, Tristan was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills with over 10 years’ experience in commercial litigation and arbitration across Brisbane, Sydney and London.
