Rachel has a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice.
Prior to her call to the Bar in 2024, Rachel practiced as a solicitor for eight years, principally in commercial litigation and class actions as a Senior Associate at MinterEllison in Sydney. She also worked at a leading boutique commercial litigation practice in Brisbane.
Rachel regularly appears, both led and unled, in Queensland and Federal courts and tribunals. She has acted and advised on complex contractual disputes, media and defamation law, regulatory matters, corporations and shareholder litigation and international and domestic arbitration.
