Before coming to the Bar, Ken Barlow had extensive and varied commercial litigation experience as a Senior Associate with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne and Brisbane.
His practice at the Bar has also ranged broadly in commercial litigation, including banking disputes, insurance of many kinds, mining, property (including body corporate disputes), professional liability, native title, aviation and defamation.
Ken frequently acts as a mediator. He has been a member of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal since its inception in 2009, and from 2007 was a member of its predecessor, the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal.
Ken works pro bono on deserving cases.
